How much does delivery cost?

Standard patient deliveries are fully coordinated through your provider and are usually free of charge. Any premium expedited shipping options will be clearly listed at your pharmacy's discretion.

Once your prescription is processed and in route for delivery you will receive an automatic text message with an ETA for your prescription and access to live tracking.

If you are not available, you can pre-authorize the driver to leave the package in a secure location, designate a neighbor, or choose to reschedule delivery for another convenient day.

Can I track my delivery in real time?

Yes. Our digital portal offers a live-updating map with real-time ETA tracking of our delivery vehicle as soon as the dispatch is active.

Absolutely. For security and regulatory standards, you can easily request a direct contactless signature or signed confirmation upon package drop-off.
